Our specialized TIG and MIG welding units produce welded aluminium components, profiles, panels and structures in various shapes, dimensions and alloy series. The department serves a wide range of architectural, civil, industrial and structural applications from customized components and semi-finished products to complete structures ready for use. Supported by our engineering studio and certified production team, each product can be developed by the customer’s design or engineered according to specific project requirements. With all key processes carried out in-house, PESPA manages the complete production cycle from raw material and prototyping to welding, assembly and final surface treatment in powder-coated or anodized finishes.

ROBOTIC WELDING OF ALUMINIUM STAGE TRUSSES

Robotic welding technology enables the production of aluminium stage trusses with high precision, repeatability and consistent weld quality. Production is carried out according to product specifications and certified welding procedures, with controlled raw materials and welding consumables throughout the manufacturing process.

WELDED COMPONENTS FOR ALUMINIUM SCAFFOLDING SYSTEMS

Aluminium access ladders manufactured as part of complete scaffolding systems, together with guardrails, frames, braces and other structural components. Each element is produced according to product specifications and required dimensions, combining certified welding processes with controlled aluminium materials to ensure accurate assembly, structural reliability and safe integration within the complete system.

CERTIFIED ALUMINIUM WELDING

Our aluminium welding processes are certified in accordance with EN 1090-1 and EN 1090-3 for structural applications up to execution class EXC4, supported by ISO 3834-2:2021 quality requirements. Welding is performed by qualified personnel certified according to UNI EN ISO 9606-2, ensuring controlled and consistent quality throughout production.
