Using advanced CNC lathes, CNC milling machines and machining centres, aluminium components are manufactured according to technical drawings and production specifications with high dimensional accuracy and repeatable quality.

CNC turning, milling, drilling, threading and other machining operations create the final geometry, tolerances and functional features required for each application. This process enables the efficient production of both standard and project-specific aluminium components, supplied either as individual accessories or integrated into complete aluminium systems, while ensuring manufacturing consistency and reliable performance.

Dedicated CNC turning centers manufacture aluminium accessories with circular geometries according to technical drawings and production specifications. Engineering Know-How

One of PESPA's core manufacturing capabilities, this production unit combines engineering know-how, specialised machining expertise and advanced CNC technologies to manufacture aluminium accessories and components for architectural, industrial and customised applications. Working with aluminium alloys including EN AW 6060, 6061, 6063 and 6082, the production process delivers high-quality components that meet the dimensional and functional requirements of each project.

Prototype Verification & Process Control

Before serial production begins, every new component is verified through prototype manufacturing and dimensional inspection.
