Precision Aluminium Processing for Architectural and Industrial Applications

Precision profile processing transforms extruded aluminium profiles and aluminium sheets into components ready for surface finishing, welding and assembly. Dedicated cutting departments, CNC working centres and CNC routing technologies ensure dimensional accuracy and project-specific preparation for architectural systems, structural applications and customised aluminium solutions.

Every aluminium profile and aluminium sheet is processed according to technical drawings and production specifications before continuing through PESPA's closed manufacturing cycle. As a key stage of the manufacturing process, this operation ensures dimensional accuracy, consistent quality and proper fit for subsequent welding, assembly and finishing operations, supporting the production of ready-to-install aluminium systems.

The production unit manufactures customised aluminium panels, plates and components for architectural systems, façades, cladding, industrial applications and bespoke aluminium solutions.

Production Unit – Profile Working Centers

Profile working centres perform high-precision machining operations on aluminium profiles. Using CNC-controlled technology, profiles are processed according to technical drawings through drilling and oscillation ensuring consistent dimensional accuracy. The flexibility of CNC machining allows both standard and project-specific profiles to be manufactured with high precision, supporting a wide range of fabrication requirements.

Production Unit – CNC Router for Aluminium Sheets

A dedicated CNC routing production unit provides precision machining of aluminium sheets and plates. Using CNC-controlled technology, aluminium sheets are processed according to technical drawings through routing, drilling, milling, contour cutting and other project-specific operations, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and consistent production quality.
